Terms of Service
Last updated: April 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ForgeLine Partners and related services provided by ForgeLine Partners ("ForgeLine," "we," "our," or "us"), including public market-search pages, city routing numbers, callback request forms, invite-only account access, partner operations tools, and related billing and support workflows (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Overview
ForgeLine operates a city-based trade routing network that helps customers connect with participating local service providers. Customers may call a city routing number, describe the service they need, and be routed to the participating provider assigned to that trade in that city.
The Service may include market search, public city and trade coverage pages, callback request intake, lead capture, city and trade matching, call-routing workflows, authenticated dashboards, metrics exports, billing workflows, and operations tooling.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
2. Eligibility and Use Context
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the authenticated account portions of the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
Authenticated account access is intended for business use. Public search and callback-request pages may be used by prospective customers, partners, or other requesters seeking to connect with participating businesses.
3. Account Access, Invitations, and Verification
Account access is invite-only unless we expressly provide another onboarding path. We may require email verification before allowing access to authenticated app areas.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Keep credentials confidential and secure
- Promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account
If you invite or administer staff or contractors, you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms.
4. Network Participation and Public Listing
ForgeLine Partners supports managed city-based trade routing operations. Seat assignment, activation, replacement, city routing number provisioning, market visibility, and related operational processes may follow ForgeLine policies and workflows communicated in-product or in writing.
Public pages may show city and trade coverage, market availability, and routing status. Unless separately agreed in writing or required for a specific workflow, public pages do not display participating partner names or direct business phone numbers as the default customer-facing routing path.
Network participation, market availability, partner placement, and public visibility are subject to operational constraints, quality standards, and business discretion.
5. Callback Requests, Leads, and Routing
Public callback requests submitted through the Service may be delivered to the assigned company for direct follow-up or handled by ForgeLine operations when a slot is in fallback, replacement, or other manual-routing status.
Calls to city routing numbers may be matched to a trade using the caller's keypad selection, request details, or limited speech input from the routing prompt. If a requested trade is not launched, is unavailable, cannot be confidently matched, or cannot be reached, the request may be routed to a fallback provider, handled manually by ForgeLine operations, or marked unavailable.
If you submit information through a public form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
6. Communications Compliance
The Service may use third-party communications providers, including Twilio and related telephony infrastructure, to support city routing, callback delivery, call status handling, usage tracking, and operational support.
We do not record call audio by default. We may process limited speech input or transcription generated from the routing prompt to route the call.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable communications, privacy, consent, and consumer-protection laws
- You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required before initiating or tracking communications using the Service
- ForgeLine does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee your legal compliance
7. No Emergency Services
The Service is not an emergency dispatch service, emergency communications provider, or substitute for calling 911 or another appropriate emergency number. Do not use the Service for emergencies, urgent safety threats, medical needs, gas leaks, fires, crimes in progress, or other situations requiring immediate public-safety response.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order
- Submit false, misleading, deceptive, or unlawful requests or business information
- Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful communications
- Infringe upon the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others
- Transmit malware, harmful code, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
- Scrape, interfere with, or misuse public market pages, callback forms, or account areas
- Misrepresent your identity, business, authority, market status, or relationship to a listed company
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or poses legal, security, billing, or operational risks.
9. Fees, Billing, and Payment
Paid features are billed based on the pricing and terms presented in your order form, checkout flow, account billing experience, or other written agreement with ForgeLine.
- Fees may include subscription, tier-based, network-seat, and usage-based charges
- Usage charges may apply to call volume or related Service features
- Monthly platform billing, when used, is handled separately from city launch status and account access
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable amounts
- Except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable
- Billing terms may be adjusted or canceled only as stated in your written agreement or applicable checkout terms
Pricing, usage summaries, or estimates shown in the Service are informational unless a different term is fixed in your written agreement.
9A. Project Payments — Centralized Collection
For residential project coordination services, ForgeLine may act as the merchant of record and collect payment directly from the customer on behalf of the participating Lead Contractor. Customers authorize ForgeLine and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge the agreed project amount at the time of checkout.
A platform fee of 4% of the gross customer payment is retained by ForgeLine to cover payment processing, platform operations, and related services. The remaining funds are distributed to the Lead Contractor based on the financial allocation established in the project contract.
9B. Project Refunds and Disputes
Customers may request a refund before or after project work begins. Refund eligibility depends on project status, evidence provided, and applicable Stripe dispute policies. ForgeLine reserves the right to issue full or partial refunds and to reverse any outstanding contractor payouts as required.
If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute with their card issuer, ForgeLine may place contractor payouts on hold during the dispute period. Contractors agree to cooperate with any chargeback or dispute resolution process.
9C. Project Cancellations and Change Orders
A customer may cancel a project request before work begins. Refund eligibility after cancellation is at ForgeLine's discretion based on project status and any work already performed. Change orders that increase project scope require a new customer payment before additional work proceeds. ForgeLine does not guarantee change-order pricing or availability.
9D. Project Closeout
Project funds are distributed to contractors upon milestone or project closeout as initiated by the Lead Contractor through the platform. ForgeLine does not automatically release funds. Customers acknowledge that fund distribution to contractors occurs after the Lead Contractor initiates release, not immediately upon payment.
10. Customer Data and License
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"), subject to the rights you grant under these Terms.
You grant ForgeLine a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and use Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service, to fulfill callback and routing workflows, and to meet legal obligations.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services and infrastructure, including communications providers, payment processors, and fraud-prevention tools. We are not responsible for third-party availability, security, or performance.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the third parties' own terms and policies.
12. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business or technical information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect it and use it only for purposes related to the Service.
This section does not restrict information that is public, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or intentionally made public through the Service.
13. Intellectual Property
ForgeLine and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding Customer Data), including software, branding, content, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
14. Service Availability and Performance Disclaimer
We target reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. ForgeLine Partners is a city routing and operations platform and does not guarantee market access, partner availability, lead volume, booking rate, conversion rate, or revenue outcomes.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeLine will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages
- Loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data
Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to ForgeLine in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ForgeLine and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
- Information, requests, or communications you submit or cause to be submitted through the Service
18. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, create legal or security risk, misuse public or authenticated Service areas, or as required by law.
On termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately, subject to any post-termination rights required by law or written agreement.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ForgeLine is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
