ForgeLine Partners ("ForgeLine," "we," "our," or "us") operates LeadTrackr, a managed referral-network operations platform for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use LeadTrackr, our websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

When an account is created or managed, we may collect:

b. Lead, Referral, and Call Operations Data

LeadTrackr supports referral attribution and call-routing workflows, including integrations with third-party communications providers (such as Twilio). We may collect and process:

  • Inbound call metadata (caller/called number, call SID, timestamps, duration)
  • Referral direction data (source partner, target partner, route identifier)
  • Lead status, outcome, and revenue fields entered by authorized users
  • Call disposition labels (such as answered or missed) and related operational logs

We do not record call audio by default. If call recording is ever enabled for a specific account, it must be enabled by authorized account users and used in compliance with applicable law.

c. Billing and Transaction Information

When paid features are used, we may collect billing-related information such as subscription status, invoice and payment status, and usage measurements used for billing calculations. Payment card details are typically processed by our payment processor and are not fully stored by ForgeLine.

d. Technical and Usage Information

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and operating system
  • Service activity logs, feature usage, and error diagnostics
