Last updated: April 18, 2026

ForgeLine Partners ("ForgeLine," "we," "our," or "us") operates a city-based trade routing network for service businesses, together with related marketing sites, public market-search pages, city routing numbers, callback request forms, and authenticated account tools (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

a. Account and Business Information

When an account is created, invited, verified, billed, or managed, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and login or authentication data
  • Company details, role information, seat assignment, and market participation data
  • Business settings such as time zone, ring-to number, and public business contact details
  • Invitation, access-control, and email-verification status information

b. Public Form, Lead, City Routing, and Call Data

When someone uses our public forms or when the Service routes city-based requests and calls, we may collect and process:

  • Name, email, phone number, company, city, state, ZIP, trade, requested service, and message details submitted through forms
  • Lead and contact records, city routing data, operational notes, status, outcome, and revenue fields
  • Inbound call metadata, including caller number, called city routing number, call SID, timestamps, duration, and disposition
  • Captured phrases, limited speech input, or transcription generated from a routing prompt
  • Matched trade, routed partner, routing identifiers, target company information, and fallback/manual routing status or reason
  • Consent or versioning metadata where collected, such as policy version, terms version, IP address, and user agent

We do not record call audio by default. If call recording is enabled in the future for a specific account or workflow, it must be used in compliance with applicable law.

We may process limited speech input or transcription generated from the routing prompt to route the call, measure routing quality, troubleshoot the Service, and support fallback handling.

c. Billing and Transaction Information

When paid features are used, we may collect billing-related information such as customer and subscription identifiers, invoice and payment status, seat quantities, usage measurements, billing cycle information, and billing portal activity. Payment card details are typically processed by our payment processor and are not fully stored by ForgeLine.

d. Technical, Security, and Usage Information

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and request metadata
  • Session, authentication, reliability, and error-diagnostic logs
  • Cookie and similar technology data used to maintain session and app behavior
  • Fraud, abuse, and bot-prevention signals, including Google reCAPTCHA tokens and verification results where enabled

2. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, support, and secure the Service
  • Operate public market search, city and trade coverage pages, callback routing, and partner applications
  • Create, route, match, and manage leads, contacts, city-routed requests, and inbound calls
  • Display city and trade coverage, market availability, and routing status on public pages
  • Authenticate users, verify email ownership, manage invitations, and enforce account access controls
  • Process subscription, seat, usage, billing, reconciliation, and payment-support workflows
  • Generate metrics, exports, and operational reporting
  • Detect abuse, reduce fraud, enforce our terms, and improve product quality
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

We do not sell personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We disclose information only when reasonably necessary to provide the Service, support operations, or comply with legal requirements.

a. Service Providers and Infrastructure

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, communications, billing, fraud prevention, security, analytics, and customer support.

b. Communications, Payments, and Security Providers

We may share limited operational data with providers such as Twilio for city routing numbers, call routing, prompt handling, call status, and usage tracking, Stripe for billing and payment processing, and Google for reCAPTCHA verification where enabled.

c. Company Users, Network Participants, and Public Display

Information may be visible to authorized users within a company account and, where applicable, to participants in city-routing workflows. Public pages may show city and trade coverage, market availability, and routing status. Unless separately agreed in writing or required for a specific workflow, public pages do not display participating partner names or direct business phone numbers as the default customer-facing routing path.

Public callback request details may be shared with the assigned company for direct follow-up or handled by ForgeLine operations when a trade is unavailable, unmatched, in fallback, or in replacement.

d. Legal and Safety Disclosure

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Service.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain operational and billing records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and business need.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain sessions and authentication state
  • Support app functionality and basic preferences
  • Improve reliability, security, and performance

Most browsers let you control cookies through settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality.

6. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

Depending on your relationship to the Service and applicable law, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, or objection to certain processing.

Account owners may update certain business and account settings within the Service. For additional privacy requests, contact us using the details below. We may verify identity before honoring requests.

8. International Data Transfers

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you acknowledge that information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
